Our Gap and Prep tutoring starts with a diagnostic math or language arts assessment, which provides a comprehensive summary of each student’s strengths and weaknesses at the student’s grade level. Accompanying the assessment is a detailed, prescriptive plan for personalized learning. Learning plans consist of regular tutoring sessions, simple homework assignments, and ongoing, short assessments to ensure student is on track to narrowing and closing proficiency gaps.
Assessments and learning plans are based on state standards, using the IXL learning platform which is trusted by schools around the nation and by over one million teachers. Most learning plans can be worked into a manageable summer schedule, with minimal disruption to summer fun and relaxation!

Students have no school stress, few distractions, and much more flexibility.
